The range is designed to appeal to both beginners and the more experienced modeller with the overriding objectives being to supply quality products at a realistic price.
Many of our products are freelance in design and therefore not scale specific but are ideally suited to the 16mm and G Scale enthusiast. Catalogue and website descriptions include sizes of items where appropriate so that you may determine the suitability for your particular application.
All parts, kits etc are carefully inspected when manufactured and again when packed. However if you receive a damaged or defective item, parts are missing or your order is incorrect, please contact us. We will gladly send you a replacement item or the missing parts.
We have a policy of ensuring your complete satisfaction, should anything that you purchase not be suitable, we will happily exchange it. Any item supplied may be returned for refund within 28 days so long as the item is unused and in "new" condition with the original packaging.
